SECTION 2 - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

  • 3D Printed Nature: Many of our physical products (such as lip balm cases, vanity accessories, magnetic light cards, and keychain toppers) are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Minor surface variations, visible layer lines, or small cosmetic differences are inherent characteristics of 3D printing and are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • Made-to-Order Lead Times: Unless explicitly marked as ready-to-ship, physical products are made-to-order. Our standard processing/production timeline is 5 to 7 business days prior to shipment.

  • Product Colors & Display: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor or display settings and material batch variations.

SECTION 3 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Digital File Delivery: Digital downloads (such as STL files, digital 3D models, and vector graphic SVGs) are delivered electronically immediately upon completed checkout or via email link.

  • Licensing & Usage:

    • Personal Use: Unless a commercial license is explicitly purchased or included, all digital download files are strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

    • Prohibited Sharing: You may NOT share, redistribute, resell, re-license, or upload our digital files (STLs, SVGs, or CAD designs) to any third-party file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or forums.

    • Derivatives: You may not modify, adapt, or reverse-engineer our digital files to resell or distribute them as your own digital products.

  • Digital Refunds: Due to the instant delivery nature of digital media, all sales of digital download files are final and non-refundable once downloaded. If you encounter a technical issue with a corrupted file, please contact us for a replacement download link.

SECTION 4 - PRICING & MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any Product or Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment methods, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
