Thank you for shopping with Happily Edel After! We take great pride in creating quality items and digital designs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

Due to the instant, immediate-download nature of digital items (such as vector SVG files, 3D printing STL files, and digital graphics), all digital products are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If you experience any technical issues downloading or accessing your files, please contact us immediately, and we will gladly help resolve the issue.

2. Physical Items (Returns & Exchanges)

We accept returns and exchanges on standard physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us and ship the item back within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

3. Return Shipping & Loss in Value

  • Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Condition & Value: Buyers are responsible for ensuring the returned item is packaged securely. If the item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., damaged, worn, missing parts), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from the final refund.
  • Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical item arrives damaged or defective due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. Photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.

We will evaluate the issue right away and work with you to provide a replacement or full refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@happilyedelafter.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method within the 14-day window.
  4. Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
