Do you need a power card on Disney Cruise Line?

How long does processing take for 3D printed items?
All our physical 3D-printed accessories and decor items are custom made-to-order! Production typically takes 5 to 7 business days before your item is packaged and shipped. Please check the shipping range carefully before placing an order.
How will I receive my digital STL or SVG files?
Digital downloads are delivered instantly! As soon as your purchase is completed, you will receive an immediate download link on the checkout screen as well as a download link sent directly to your email address.
What materials are used for 3D printed items?
We print our physical items using high-quality, durable PLA filaments in beautiful pastel, silk, and vibrant color finishes. Please avoid leaving 3D prints in high-heat environments (like hot cars) to avoid warping.
What is your return or refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of made-to-order physical prints and the instant access of digital downloads, sales are generally final. However, if your physical item arrives damaged during transit or if you experience issues with a digital file, please contact us immediately so we can make it right!
How long does shipping take for made-to-order items?
Each physical 3D-printed piece is crafted custom for you. Production takes 5–7 business days before shipment.
Can I request a custom color or personalized design?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces! Many of our 3D-printed accessories can be customized in different pastel colors, custom size dimensions, or personalized text.
